Gerard Spinks is the Owner and Operator of UndagroundMilli Properties.  Gerard Spinks is a Director of Software Engineering, Intelligence Platform at Equifax in Atlanta, GA.   He was born in Peoria, Illinois to a single mother who had 4 kids.  

Gerard has two brothers and one sister.  What informs Gerard's leadership is this one fact:  he saw the impact of landlords on his mother and how housing impacted his life as an at risk youth on the Southside of Peoria Illinois.  He saw first hand how housing and discrimination plays a key role in one's health and well being and the health and well being of children.  This absolutely matters.  He believes that an investor can provide housing in the African American community at a decent cost while providing a safe dwelling for the residents.  

Greed does NOT guide us.  Money is not our guide.  Providing safe and affordable housing for tenants is our guide.  Trust is our mission.  We strive to earn the trust of our residents.  They are at the heart of our business.  No residents = no profit.  The residents are our key and how we treat them and respect all people absolutely matters to the core of our business.
